50 seats, on first come first serve basis. You must sign up the application and submit nomination fee to reserve the seat.

– Photocopy of Identity Card

– Studio Photo in High Resolution (5 pieces)

– Supporting Documents (Any proof of your outstanding works, academic certificates, licenses, certificates, award etc.)

– Company / Organization Profile

Several rounds of screening are conducted :

1. Initial screening by committee based on documents and questionnaire provided

2. Nomination interview by the audit officer 3. Final screening by the jury

Through the screening, we will look at the following criteria:

Experience and achievements, leadership, ability to overcome challenges, involvement in women’s empowerment, consumer protection, industry influence, etc

7-14 days, as our audit officer will conduct a second screening with the jury

An administrative fee of RM500 will be deducted and the balance will be refunded. Furthermore, the benefit of “join membership as member of Kelab” still reserved for you

It will be announced 2 months prior to the event date to avoid postponement

No, the seat fee is included in the nomination fee, but if the winner wishes to bring a guest, an additional seating fee will apply. Seating fees vary by venue.

You must inform us earlier and there are two solutions for you :

– We will reserve your seat for the next ceremony; OR

– You can collect your certificate at our office (KL or JB) and you will still enjoy all the other benefits except attending the recognition ceremony.
